There will be a team dinner for all varsity football players on Thursday, October 12th after practice hosted by the Turner Family at 202 Skunknet Road, Centerville. Gentlemen, bring your appetites!

October 19th — The Tilton Family & The Rosen Family
October 26th — The Welsh Family
November 2nd — The Wardwell Family
November 9th — The Burke Family
November 16th — The Mousseau-Finnegan Family

Varsity Dinners are typically scheduled each Thursday evening after practice throughout the football season. Not only do the dinners enable the boys to “unwind”, they foster team and camaraderie.

Overall Player of the Game:  #2 ZEB TILTON, Wide Receiver/ Defensive Back

“Zeb Tilton handled punt and kickoff returns as well as kickoffs in a yeoman’s effort in this key victory but also had one solo tackle as well as 45 yards receiving with a beautiful 40-yard reception in the early going.”

Offensive Player of the Game: #6, ANTHONY ARZIMUT, Running Back/ Defensive Back

“Rookie running back Anthony Arzimut carried the ball 22 times in his first career start and tallied 92 yards on the ground in an impressive effort.”

Defensive Player of the Game: #52 ISAAC DULAK, Offensive Line/ Defensive Line

“The third Dulak to suit up for the Red & White, Isaac turned in his best performance of the season as he totaled 10 tackles (five solo and five assisted) – his effort made a key difference in the outcome.”

Special Teams Player of the Game: #11 MATT FREDO, Wide Receiver/ Defensive Back

“Matt Fredo totaled five total tackles on the evening but he saved his best for last making a game-saving stop on the goal line as Durfee attempted to go for the win with 2:11 left in the game on a two-point PAT conversion attempt.”
